Floris Dekker
With Floris, interventions become more powerful, sustainable, and effective. By connecting dots that others may not (yet) see and uncovering patterns, making them visible, Floris demonstrates his strength. Add a healthy dose of humor, the ability to interpret what is happening, put things into perspective, speed, and sharpness, and you have an adventurous, experienced, knowledgeable, and original (process) facilitator at your disposal.
Floris has years of experience leading and guiding teams and organizations in complex situations, helping them find their way, learn, and develop, thus improving themselves and others. You can often find Floris cycling in nature, with or without a camera.
Nick Regan
With Nick, there are endless possibilities due to his core beliefs in the power of the teams, togetherness, collaborative learning and creativity in the moment. He fully leverages these beliefs when coaching leaders and developing ‘brilliant’ teams.
Thanks to over 25 years of experience in the corporate field, Nick understands the daily issues leaders face and knows better than most the importance of navigating a strategic course. Nick is English but has lived and worked in the Netherlands since 2001. He loves being in nature, playing football, and visiting absolutely everywhere in France.

We provide vegetarian food at lunchtime / coffee, tea, drinks & snacks throughout the day.
If you have any special diet restrictions, let us know 1 week before the event and we will make the necessary arrangements for you
Our address is at a camping area in nature, there are toilet facilities and washrooms available on site.
As we are Dutch (Floris) and British (Nick), so we are well prepared for a bit of rain. If needed … we have a large tarp to stay dry and our camp fire to keep us warm.
In the days before the retreat we will be checking the weather forecast and in the worst case if conditions look to be ‘really terrible’, then we will cancel the retreat! If this happens we will let you know and start searching together for a new date to Gather Natuurlijk.
We will spend a day together in nature so please bring appropriate outdoor clothes and shoes.
Each Gathering Natuurlijk is based on a ‘Leadership theme’ of the day e.g. “Leading both Strategically and Operationally in a Complex Organization’’ and the collective learning will be based around ‘live’ questions that you (the participants) are currently facing on this subject.
Our request is that you think about this theme and bring a related question that you are currently encountering!
Throughout the day we will work on the various questions that are raised by the group.
Dialogue conversations around the campfire / Walking and connecting / Space for reflection / Nature all around us.
YES…. we support a charity / co-operative called Landvanons who are focussed on supporting biodiversity in the Dutch countryside. We contribute 10% of our sales price to the charity.
